♥ Our Partnership with the Soroptimist Int’l of Pasco-Kennewick began in 2011
♥ Their business and professional women’s service organization’s mission is to improve the lives of women and children locally and throughout the world
♥ In 2014 their service project theme was “Education is the Key—to Life without Abuse, Violence, and Suffering” which ties directly into the message and meaning of our 14-word Purple Hands Pledge®
♥ During their service project, Soroptimist Club members provided 35-45 minute presentations to various different schools and community members.
♥ The Soroptimist club provided all of the supplies for their presentations (the pledge sheets, logo stickers, posters, and startup kits which include lesson plans)
