The Kids Day event was a Success!

Little ones, elders, and everyone in between Pledge to not use their hands or their words to hurt themselves or others by tracing their hands for display during Kid’s Day at the 46th Annual Western Navajo Fair in Tuba City, Arizona.

Over a thousand kids from all over the Western Navajo Reservation participated.

50 feet of butcher paper was covered with little tiny hands to big hands.

It was great seeing all ages involved, from babies to grandparents!

Tribal royalties from different communities participated in taking the Purple Hands Pledge®.

Special recognition belongs to Antonia Bancroft, SART Coordinator, and Staff Volunteers.
